Grade Progression

During your service in the Sea Wolves Virtual Navy, you earn points for mission played and reported. In the Rules of Engagement the point system is defined, The automated score system calculates your filed reports and displays your total points at the bottom of your personnel record.

 

Once you reach the required score for each rank, your Fleet Commander should send notification up the CoC to have you duly promoted to the next rank. Eventually over time you will earn more rank and respect amongst fellow Sea Wolves and eventually appear before the Promotion Review Board to make Captain and above.

Criteria required to obtain the rank
Captain Minimum TIG of 6 months Time in Grade (TIG) as a Commander. Must be approved by the PRB, please see the board selection process for this grade.
Commander 3000 points, 4 months Time in Grade (TIG) as a Lieutenant Commander. Recommended by Fleet Commander or CoC.
Lieutenant Commander 1600 points, 3 months Time in Grade (TIG) as a Lieutenant. Recommended by Fleet Commander or CoC.
Lieutenant 700 mission points. Recommendation from Fleet Commander.
Lieutenant Junior Grade 200 mission points. Recommendation from Fleet Commander.
Ensign Successful completion of Naval Training Command School. Recommendation from Chief Training Officer (CTO).
