Grade Progression
During your service in the Submarine Surface Navy, you earn points for mission played and reported. In the Rules of Engagement the point system is defined. The automated score system calculates your filed reports and displays your total points at the bottom of your personnel record.
Once you reach the required score for each rank, your Fleet Commander should send notification to the Chief of Naval Personnel to have you duly promoted to the next rank. Eventually over time you will earn more rank and respect amongst fellow Sea Wolves and eventually appear before the Promotion Review Board to make Captain and above.
If you have any questions please get with your Fleet Executive Officer (XO) or your Fleet Commander (FC).
Best of luck to you in your virtual Navy career!
